ELC- An Assistant Coach's Perspective: TuNhi Le

"The ELC is a great opportunity for students to be in an environment completely different from what they're used to. Within this short time period, ELC members experience real world consultations, and dynamic relationships with client and group members. In these 15 weeks, students get a taste of what it feels like to be working on a project that cold possibly be implemented after the completion of the the project. The most rewarding part of the ELC is the relationships built and a deeper understanding of team dynamics."
